SOAR (Supporting Open Access for Researchers) is a collaboration among members of the Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI), academia, and private industry to open clinical research data for the benefit of the broader research community.
Discover Data @ Duke is designed to increase the visibility of various data resources available to Duke’s clinical research community (clinicians, faculty, fellows, residents, staff, investigators, and research navigators) and provide directions for accessing these resources.
The data catalog is designed to help you identify data resources that may inform your project or research question. Some data resources may be immediately available to you from the catalog. Others may require you to complete a data use application form, contact the data set owner, or otherwise engage in collaborations with other investigators or data “owners.” Discover Data @ Duke is a collaborative effort between the Duke CTSI and the Duke Medical Center Library, supported in part by a grant from the National Library of Medicine.
