There is more to project management than meets the eye. As a project manager, it has never been enough to be technically adept. You have to excel at soft skills as well. Soft skills are the personality traits, attitudes, habits, and behaviors you display when working with others. This webinar will provide information on how soft skills are utilized in project management, receiving and giving feedback, and when and how to flex communication styles.
