The NCSP program is a collaborative program between Schools of Medicine and Nursing and the Veterans Affairs Office of Academic Affiliations.  This unique post-doctoral training program trains a cohort of scholars at each site to effectively partner with community leaders and policy makers to cultivate health equity, eliminate health disparities invent and evaluate new models of care to achieve higher quality health and lower costs. Duke University was recently selected as a new scholar training site to join the four other existing sites are UCLA, University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan and Yale University.


PhD nursing students who will finish in May 2019 or those who are interested in learning more about post-doctoral opportunities.
