After five years working at Duke in various clinical roles, Kelly joined the CTSI team in June 2019. She most recently worked as a Research Analyst at the Center for Health Policy and Inequalities Research, where her responsibilities ranged from recruiting participants and interpreting data, to regulatory work and study design and implementation (and anything else in-between!).

In this role she will provide project management for CTSI initiatives supporting the Duke Research enterprise, including engagement, recruitment and retention services and study promotion activities. She will also manage the systems and processes used to evaluate and maintain metrics on initiatives, activities and programs, including Participant-Centered Informed Consent Initiatives, Recruitment Innovation Consultations, and Study Information Portal (SIP).
Kelly holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) with a concentration in project management from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Northeastern University.
