Invitation to Share News, Events, and Funding Opportunities with the Duke CTSI Community

Faculty, staff, collaborators, and community partners, do you have research news to share? Have you recently been published, are you hosting an event, are you presenting at a conference? Do you have a funding opportunity or resource to announce? Have you received a professional award or honor? 

The Duke Clinical and Translational Science Institute wants to amplify your CTSI-related news across our channels. Please provide details via the form below. 

We disseminate news and announcements based on several factors, including the order of submissions, timeliness, and balance of topics. We edit all content for length and in accordance with the School of Medicine Style and Usage Guide.

Submit the information listed below for the type of submission indicated above. 

  • Published or Accepted Article or Manuscript: Provide full citation details and a link to the published article, or details about an accepted upcoming publication including the journal name. Please note the connection to CTSI or CTSA (authors, funding, etc.).
  • Event: Provide the name of the event, workshop, or seminar with the date, time, and location (note if virtual). Include a registration or RSVP link if available, as well as names and titles of keynote speakers and their affiliations.
  • Resource: Provide details about resources and training opportunities for the Duke research community that your team is developing or launching.
  • Funding Opportunity: Provide details about RFAs and other funding announcements, including the deadline, eligibility criteria, and a link to learn more.
  • Award or Honor: List the name of the award or accolade, who awarded it, and when, for what work, and a link if available.
  • Conference Presentations: Provide full details, including the name of the conference, dates, title of the presentation and a link if possible.
  • Poster Session: Provide where, when, and title of the poster and a link if available.
  • Other Academic or Research-related Accomplishments: Provide all pertinent information including a link if available.
  • Other Research News or Story Idea: Let us know about items that do not fit in one of the categories above. Please note the connection to CTSI.
