Annie joined Duke CTSI’s Community Connections & Health Translation (CCHT) pillar in 2023, bringing more than 25 years of experience in clinical research, data management, nursing, and research operations. As a Project Planner II, she supports strategic planning and manages initiatives that strengthen community trust and community-engaged health research. Her work includes project management, data analysis, reporting, and strategic consultation for Duke research teams.

Annie previously held research and operational leadership roles across several Duke departments and at UNC-Chapel Hill. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from National Taiwan University and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
