Holly Biola, MD, MPH is board-certified in Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Geriatrics. Since joining Lincoln Community Health Center in January 2012, she has provided comprehensive primary care while working to improve the health of individuals, families, and communities through prevention, education, and partnership.

A central theme of Dr. Biola’s work is the belief that health is shaped largely by the choices people make, the environments in which they live, and the support they receive from their families and communities. She is passionate about helping individuals and families understand how everyday habits influence long-term health and believes that lasting improvements in health depend more on what people do in their daily lives than on periodic interactions with the healthcare system. Her work emphasizes the importance of helping people identify meaningful, health-related goals and building the knowledge, skills, and support networks needed to achieve them. Through community partnerships and outreach, she seeks to empower individuals and families to take an active role in shaping their health and preventing chronic disease.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Committee of the Community Partnered Research Network, Dr. Biola is committed to advancing community-engaged approaches to health improvement, building meaningful partnerships, and ensuring that research reflects the priorities, strengths, and lived experiences of the communities it serves.
