Natalie Watson (they/them) is a Durham native and graduate of North Carolina Central University.  They have been working and volunteering with LGBTQ non-profits since 2014 and served as the Deputy Director and Executive Director at the LGBTQ Center of Durham from 2021 to 2025. Natalie's background is in operations and logistical support and they currently serves as the Director of Operations at Discover Durham, the local tourism authority for Durham County.
