The Collaborative to Advance Clinical Health Equity (CACHE) is seeking applications for its 2027 project support cycle, which will help Duke Health teams develop and implement innovative approaches to reducing healthcare disparities.
Selected projects will receive mentorship, analytics and informatics support, community engagement expertise, quality improvement training, and other resources to advance evidence-based strategies that improve clinical care and outcomes.
