A new group is forming for those who work in evaluation and evaluation-aligned research, hosted by the Office of Evaluation and Applied Research Partnership at Duke University.
The kick-off gathering will be held May 18 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on the fifth floor of the Chesterfield Building, 701 Main St. in downtown Durham. Parking is free in the Brightleaf Lot at the corner of Duke and Main streets.
Dubbed “birds of a feather,” this gathering is an informal event where attendees can learn about each other’s work and brainstorm potential offerings and activities. The event is a first step toward creating a community of practice for those working in these areas at Duke.
Please RSVP for this free event.
The Office of Evaluation and Applied Research Partnership is also reviving the DukeEvaluators listserv to enable communication and collaboration within the community. Request instructions for joining the listserv by emailing the office.
The Office of Evaluation and Applied Research Partnership is a collaboration with Duke CTSI and the Duke Social Science Research Institute (SSRI).
