Annie joined the Duke CTSI Center for Equity in Research in February 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in clinical research, data management, and nursing. In her role as project planner, she leads initiatives that foster community trust and advance health equity. Her work spans project management, data analysis, reporting, and providing strategic consultation to the Duke research community.
Since joining Duke in 2011, Annie has held key roles across Dermatology, the Duke Cancer Institute, and Surgery, including lead clinical research coordinator, IT analyst, and research program leader. Prior to working at Duke, she served in clinical, academic, and research roles at UNC-Chapel Hill and in Taiwan. Annie holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from National Taiwan University. She is also certified as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
