SOM Academic New Faculty Orientation: Basic Science APT

Starting a new faculty appointment is an exciting and challenging opportunity, and whether you joined Duke this month or last year, the School of Medicine Office for Faculty wants to make sure you have the tools and support to hit the ground running and to navigate your career here. This is part of the School of Medicine Academic New Faculty Orientation seminar series. This session will introduce the process and requirements for promotion in the basic sciences. Participants will hear strategies for success within the promotion and tenure structure. This seminar will be most relevant for faculty in the basic sciences.
