Advancing Whole-Person Health Care through North Carolina's State Transformation Collaborative. A hybrid public meeting. May 23, 2024, 3-5pm ET. Geneen Auditorium, Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, or virtual via Zoom.
Join Duke-Margolis on Thursday, May 23, as we gather health policy leaders to discuss the progress of the North Carolina State Transformation Collaborative (NC STC) on advancing the key goals of improving population health, advancing health equity, enhancing patient experience, relieving provider burden, and reducing cost. Launched last February, the NC STC is a joint public-private initiative operated by the Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and Duke-Margolis, and is designed to advance value-based and whole-person care. All are welcome to attend.
