Leonor Corsino, MD, MHS, received the 2022 Rising Administrative Excellence Award from the Duke Department of Medicine.
This new annual award was created to recognize an emerging faculty or staff member in administration whose record reflects ongoing and exceptional growth in contribution to the profession and increased levels of leadership, responsibility, and sphere of impact within the Department of Medicine. Dr. Corsino was recognized at the Department of Medicine Annual Celebration on June 9.
Dr. Corsino currently serves as Co-Director of the Duke CTSI Community Engaged Research Initiative (CERI). CERI facilitates equitable, authentic, and robust community-engaged research to improve health and health equity.
