Incorporating a Racial Equity Lens Through the 5Ws Framework in Research

Join us for an enlightening workshop that delves deep into the heart of racial equity and its vital connection to the research landscape. Our workshop will navigate through key concepts and practical strategies to foster a more inclusive and just research environment. Participants will explore the concepts of race, racism, anti-racism, and racial equity and practical tools for promoting equity in the workplace, classroom, and community. The presenters will introduce the 5Ws of Racial Equity in Research Framework and address questions researchers and institutions should explore as they work to infuse equity in all phases of the research process and within research environments.
