This session is geared toward School of Medicine faculty. The seminar will: 1. Explore the potential role of social media for advancing one's academic health career 2. Discuss marketing goals and pros and cons of different social media platforms 3. Review policy and privacy considerations for using social media as Duke faculty 4. Present case studies of effective social media use for a range of different purposes 5. Encourage hands-on practice and collaboration with peers and communication professionals within Duke Health
