In her role as program director, Terri manages physician-scientist pathway programs, the Office of Physician-Scientist Development (OPSD) Scholars concierge career mentoring program, and the Fund to Retain Clinical Scientists--among other contributions.
In her previous role with the Workforce Development Core for the Duke CTSA, Terri helped develop and implement projects for the Duke CTSA education and workforce development objectives including the DICOTS program matching postdocs and PhD graduate students with career mentors; BIGGER a six-month internship program for university graduates and dCRUE a lecture and physician shadowing program for undergraduate students interested in clinical research.
Terri joined Duke in 2011 and has held positions in the Duke Clinical Research Unit and Office of Duke NUS (National University of Singapore) Affairs prior to her work with the Duke CTSI.
